Biography

Madison Miles is an attorney in Hawley Troxell’s Litigation, Healthcare, and Insurance practice groups in Boise. Madison is a trial lawyer who represents healthcare facilities, businesses, governmental entities, insurance companies, and professionals involved in complex litigation. She has experience litigating cases in state courts, including the Idaho Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, and before administrative agencies. Madison has extensive trial experience and has litigated numerous matters in both civil and criminal cases.

Madison is engaged in Idaho’s legal community and has devoted many volunteer hours to enhancing Idaho’s legal system and the legal profession. Her pro bono work includes representing Guardians ad Litem who serve as volunteer Court-Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) in cases of child abuse, neglect, and abandonment. She is also a board member for the Marie Blanchard Friendship Clinic, which offers free basic healthcare services to uninsured and low-income Idahoans. She is a well-respected member of the Idaho State Bar and has served on several committees and boards.
