F.J. Hahn’s construction practice includes representation of owners, design professionals, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in state and federal construction matters. He has also been involved in construction defect litigation representing several major insurance carriers.
Mr. Hahn is admitted to the state and federal courts of Idaho and Wyoming, in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the United States Supreme Court.
