Our energy and finance attorneys recently acted as buyer’s counsel to Oregon Trail Electric Cooperative in the agreement between Idaho Power Company and OTEC for the sale and purchase of Idaho Power’s Oregon service territory, in advising the Idaho Energy Resources Authority in the lease-purchase financing of transmission and generation assets for the Bonneville Power Administration and for the City of Idaho Falls, and in advising a hyperscale data center regarding power supply in Idaho.
