When important public policy is being crafted, Stephen Thomas plays a critical role as a leader in legislative advocacy and state government affairs. He represents clients in such industries as forest products, finance, oil and gas, railroad, health insurance, social media, and beverages. He specializes in commercial litigation, product liability, and insurance defense.
Mr. Thomas is a member of the Litigation practice group. He previously chaired the Idaho Association of Commerce and Industry and is Director of the Associated Taxpayers of Idaho, Inc. He is a member of the American Bar Association – Litigation Section, and Idaho State Bar – Litigation, Environment and Natural Resources, Commercial Law, Bankruptcy, Business and Corporate Law Sections.
Mr. Thomas’ professional recognition includes Martindale-Hubbell’s AV® Preeminent™ Lawyer Rating; Best Lawyers® – Commercial Litigation, Insurance Law; a Chambers USA ranking, and designation as a Super Lawyer.
