Becky Davis

Becky Davis has over 12 years of paralegal experience in Idaho with an emphasis on litigation support and case management. She focuses on commercial litigation, products liability, insurance litigation, family law and estate planning. Becky provides support through all phases of litigation, including document management and data organization for complex cases and drafting pleadings and discovery. She assists with preparing discovery, reviewing discovery responses, and obtaining and organizing records for discovery purposes used for depositions, hearings, and trial. Becky also assists in the preparation of pleadings, briefs, and interviewing and managing witnesses. She performs legal research, witness and client interviews, deposition preparation, and preparation for hearings, mediations, and trial. Mrs. Davis also has experience with Health and Welfare matters and appellate matters in the Idaho Court of Appeals, Idaho Supreme Court, and the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
