Biography

Bailey Lackerman is a paralegal in Hawley Troxell’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Boise. Bailey holds a Paralegal Certificate from the University of San Diego School of Law, a B.S. in Psychology and Criminology with a minor in Sociology from the University of Utah, and a Legal Technology Certification from the National Society of Legal Technology. Prior to joining Hawley Troxell in 2026, Bailey worked as a Paralegal in Phoenix, Arizona, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and preparing discovery exhibits for submission to the Industrial Commission of Arizona.
