Hawley Troxell is pleased to announce that Melanie Anderson has rejoined the firm as a Partner and Lindsey Spero has joined the firm as an Associate.
Melanie has rejoined the firm as a Partner in the Litigation and Workers’ Compensation practice groups in Boise.
Her practice focuses primarily on complex litigation, including drafting motions, briefs, mediation statements and various disclosures. Before earning her J.D. from the University of Idaho in 2022, Melanie gained 20+ years of litigation experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, & court clerk.
Lindsey joins Hawley Troxell as an associate in the firm’s Litigation, Employment, Healthcare, and Insurance practice groups in Boise.
Her practice focuses on complex commercial, civil, and appellate litigation in state and federal courts across Idaho and Utah.
Her experience includes matters involving contract and employment disputes, real property and eminent domain issues, business torts, and corporate and partnership conflicts. She also has experience handling liability matters involving health care, governmental immunity, and medical malpractice claims.
