Lindsey Spero is an associate in Hawley Troxell’s Litigation, Employment, Healthcare, and Insurance practice groups in Boise. Her practice focuses on complex commercial, civil, and appellate litigation in state and federal courts across Idaho and Utah.
Her experience includes matters involving contract and employment disputes, real property and eminent domain issues, business torts, and corporate and partnership conflicts. She also has experience handling liability matters involving health care, governmental immunity, and medical malpractice claims. Lindsey works closely with clients and colleagues to develop litigation strategies, manage discovery, and guide cases through each stage of litigation.
Lindsey earned her J.D., with Honors, from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2025, where she served as an Associate Articles Editor and Junior Staff Member for the Utah Law Review and as a Research & Editorial Assistant for the American Business Law Journal. She also served as President of the Student Litigation Society and received Outstanding Achievement Awards in FDA Law and Constitutional Law II. She earned her B.B.A., magna cum laude, from Boise State University in 2022. She is admitted to practice in Idaho and Utah state and federal courts.
