Biography

Jamie Moon is a partner in the Litigation practice group and Co-Chair of the Workers’ Compensation practice group. Jamie focuses her practice in the area of workers’ compensation for employers, commercial litigation and employment law. She defends employers and sureties at all stages of workers’ compensation matters and represents employers in employment defense for federal and state administrative agencies, affirmative action compliance, and the Family and Medical Leave Act.
