Biography

With more than 20 years of experience in the legal field, Kimberly Nicholson provides support to the Workers’ Compensation practice group with all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery requests, and discovery responses, reviewing discovery responses, and requesting and analyzing medical records for discovery purposes for depositions, hearings, and medical chronologies. Kimberly also prepares exhibits for Industrial Commission depositions, hearings, mediations, and settlement submissions to the Industrial Commission. Ms. Nicholson also provides assistance with medical indigency and healthcare collections for various healthcare providers.
