Biography

Mindy Muller is a litigation attorney who focuses on defending individuals and companies in cases arising from personal injury, premises liability, healthcare negligence, professional malpractice, contract disputes, and construction defects. She understands how to read and interpret medical records, insurance policies, and contracts. She loves to learn and thrives on challenges and complex cases.

Mindy has experience in trial, arbitration, and administrative proceedings. She recognizes the expense and toll that litigation has on clients and seeks to help them settle cases when possible. She understands how to value claims, reduce liability exposure, work with experts, and efficiently get legal matters resolved.
