Biography

David Krueck is a commercial litigation attorney with more than 20 years of experience representing companies and individuals in matters involving general business disputes, construction disputes, and administrative proceedings.

David has experience with lien, bond, defect, and delay/impact claims; commercial evictions; collections; and foreclosures, and has served as lead counsel in multiple trials in both federal and state courts.

David advises clients in commercial real estate transactions, construction contracts, secured transactions, entity formations, and land use planning. His extensive experience includes representing clients in administrative proceedings before federal, state, and local agencies. He also assists clients in contract negotiations, entity formations, land use planning, and real estate transactions.

Active in his professional community, David is a member of the Associated General Contractors Idaho Chapter, the Building Contractors Association of Southwestern Idaho, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
