Jack Carpenter is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice in the Pocatello office. Jack has drafted motions, petitions and waivers, and accessed cases for probable outcomes. He has formulated trial techniques, advocated for clients before court in oral argument, and conducted legal research and conferred with colleagues with subject matter expertise to develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
