Biography

Erin Tognetti is a partner in Hawley Troxell’s Pocatello office and a member of the firm’s Litigation and Employment practice groups. Erin attended the McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific, where she received her J.D. in 2011.

Erin has spent the majority of her career as a litigator and has substantial trial experience, both in civil practice and as a criminal prosecutor in both California and Idaho. Erin’s practice areas include insurance defense in personal injury, trucking accidents, employment disputes, and construction defect matters, as well as probate litigation, property law, and contract law.

Erin is admitted to practice law in Idaho and California in both state and federal courts.
