Biography

Karen Kellogg is a Paralegal in Hawley Troxell’s Banking and Real Estate practice groups in Boise. Karen assists with high-value commercial loan transactions, UCC filings, real estate closings, and business entity compliance by drafting, amending, and filing a variety of loan documentation and financing statements, as well as conducting ongoing legal research.

Karen holds a B.S. summa cum laude in Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University and an Associate of Arts with Honors from Clark College in Vancouver, WA.
