Biography
Brian Rekofke has over 30 years experience defending physicians and hospitals in medical negligence and product liability claims in Washington and Idaho.
Following graduation from law school, Brian spent two years as law clerk to the Honorable Robert J. McNichols, Chief Judge, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington.

Hensley v. Holy Family, et al – Alleged failure to diagnose a sinus infection spreading to the brain, resulting in death. Hospital, ENT and primary care provider named as defendants. Defense verdict for ENT and primary care provider. Hung jury as to hospital after four week trial.
Giampietri v. Deaconess Medical Center – Alleged premature discharge of an elderly patient resulting in wrongful death. Defense verdict after three weeks of trial.
Davalos v. Thomas – Alleged improper and unnecessary Naturopathic treatment to prevent cervical cancer resulting in permanent injuries. Defense verdict after two weeks of trial.
