Treasury Department Suspends Enforcement of Corporate Transparency Act
The Treasury Department has indicated it will suspend enforcement of the CTA concerning U.S. citizens and domestic reporting companies.
ReadEthan Hallstrom is an associate in the firm’s Litigation, Employment & Labor, and Construction practice groups in the Pocatello office. Prior to that, Ethan served as a Judicial Extern for the United States Air Force at Luke AFB in 2023 and as a Judicial Extern for the Whitman County Superior Court in 2024.
