Biography

Christian Moak is an associate in Hawley Troxell’s Business, Real Estate, and Mergers & Acquisitions practice groups in Boise. Prior to joining Hawley Troxell in 2025, Christian ran a successful solo practice, providing outside general counsel services to local startups, entrepreneurs, and small businesses. In addition to his transactional experience, Christian also brings considerable litigation experience to the firm, having managed a substantial case load in his two years with a County Prosecutor’s office and having advised clients on corporate litigation strategy and dispute resolution as an associate with a private law firm in Oregon.

When not serving clients and the legal community, Christian has been serving our country as a Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) in the Idaho Air National Guard since May of 2020 and is an active backpacker, skier, and rock climber.
