Biography

Brandon Helgeson is an associate specializing in public finance and municipal law and practicing out of the firm’s Boise office. Brandon has experience assisting issuers, underwriters, lenders, and borrowers with a range of financings including revenue bonds, general obligation bonds, and other special financing structures. Brandon also provides services to state and local government entities in a wide array of municipal law issues. In addition to public finance and municipal law, Brandon regularly works in the areas of banking and real estate law.
