Biography

Bailey Ruhm is an associate in Hawley Troxell’s Litigation, Banking, and Creditor Rights & Bankruptcy practice groups in Boise. Bailey received her J.D. magna cum laude and Order of the Coif from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2025 and holds a B.S.W. from the University of Vermont, where she graduated magna cum laude in 2020.

During law school, Bailey served as a Junior Editor and Student Articles Editor of the Law and Psychology Review, Treasurer of the Alabama Anti-Trafficking Legal Advocacy Society, and earned recognition for her outstanding academic performance in Family Law and Civil Procedure courses.

Prior to rejoining Hawley Troxell in 2025, Bailey served as a Judicial Intern for U.S. District Judge Paul Barbadoro and U.S. Magistrate Judge Andrea Johnstone of the United States District Court, District of New Hampshire, before going on to complete the 2024 Hawley Troxell Summer Associate program.

Outside of work, Bailey loves to cook, bike, hike, ski, and snowboard.
