Jim Martin’s complex commercial litigation practice is devoted to providing clients, with advice and representation when they face significant financial or operational risks. He has been involved in litigated matters of every size and has assisted a wide variety of clients in resolving cases to a successful conclusion. Most importantly, having now been in private practice for nearly 30 years, he understands and appreciates that clients demand and deserve efficiency, responsiveness, and a good listening ear. Additionally, Mr. Martin chairs the firm’s Recruiting Committee.
