Biography

Karen Curtis is a paralegal in the firm’s Litigation practice group in the Yakima office. In her 35+ years as a paralegal, Karen has handled a wide variety of complex litigation matters, including Class Action Defense, Commercial, Construction and Design, Telecommunications, Intellectual Property and Patent disputes, and more.

Karen has extensive trial experience, providing comprehensive support throughout all phases and aspects of complex litigation cases including scheduling, document management, vendor management, preparation of witness examination outlines and deposition exhibits, jury selection, exhibit tracking, coordinating witness and expert attendance at depositions, mediation and trial, and proactive daily contact and communication with clients, opposing counsel, and judges.
