Biography

Brad is the firm’s Co-Managing Partner and Chair of the Litigation Department. Brad’s expertise is corporate employer-employee relationship management. As a member of the Employment practice group, he provides preventative/proactive employment law advice to clients on an on-going basis and assists them in handling employment-related investigations, discipline and termination decisions, drafting and interpreting non-compete covenants, employment agreements, policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

He also represents employers in a broad range of legal actions from discrimination and sexual harassment, to family and military leave and trade secret litigation. He’s represented employers in both class and individual employment-based litigation before state and federal courts and state agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Idaho Human Rights Commission, State Fair Employment Practices Agencies, and the State and Federal Departments of Labor.
