Transactions

Financing

We structure and negotiate multi-state, multi-site, and blended real and personal property secured transactions. We have extensive knowledge in real estate backed securities, tax increment financing, and public and quasi-public bonding, including borrower and bond counsel legal opinions. Our team effectively and efficiently represents clients in workouts, foreclosures, bankruptcies, and collections.

Land Use

We have national recognition for our real estate development services, and frequently work with local planning agencies, city councils, county commissioners, and state and federal agencies on behalf of developers, property owners, and investors. We provide early guidance to speed up the approval process and offer persuasive advocacy on appeal or challenge. Representative projects include the development and expansion of shopping centers, office buildings, industrial facilities, and large scale agricultural operations.
