Corporate Transparency Act Update – Nationwide Preliminary Injunction Reinstated
The court ordered preliminary injunction that halted enforcement of the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) nationwide has been reinstated.

With over 15 years serving the legal community, she provides support to all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, preparing exhibits, discovery requests and responses, reviewing discovery responses, and requesting and analyzing medical records for purposes of depositions, hearings, and medical chronologies.
