Biography

Tim Blair is an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Insurance practice groups. Tim received his J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2024 with a Business Law Emphasis. During law school, Tim was a legal extern for the Fourth Judicial District Court of Idaho and completed multiple summer associate programs with local firms, gaining experience conducting legal research on matters concerning product liability, insurance coverage, and malpractice while assisting with preparation and strategy for arbitration, settlement negotiations, and trial.

On campus, Tim also served as a clinic representative for the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, where he represented qualifying taxpayers in a wide variety of controversies with the IRS, and was a student member of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association and the Law Students for Appropriate Dispute Resolution (LSADR) organizations.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys golfing, climbing, snowboarding, and restoring his ’86 Ramcharger.
