Matthew Havili is an associate in Hawley Troxell’s Business & Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Real Estate practice groups. Matthew’s practice focuses on corporate and real estate transactional work, including mergers, acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial transactions, business formation, and real estate development.
Matthew is licensed to practice law in Idaho and Nevada. Prior to joining Hawley Troxell, Matthew practiced in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he represented clients in a wide array of transactional, estate planning, and litigation matters. Matthew is a graduate of the J. Reuben Clark Law School of Brigham Young University. During law school, he served as a senior editor and associate editor of the BYU Law Review. Matthew also holds a Certificate in Taxation from UCLA Extension.
