ReadLynnette Davis has been an attorney with Hawley Troxell since 1999. Ms. Davis is a partner in the firm’s Construction and Litigation practice groups. She has extensive experience in all phases of arbitration and civil litigation (state and federal courts) involving, without limitation, commercial disputes, construction, employment, real estate and real property.
Her practice also involves construction-related litigation, arbitration, and mediation. She provides counsel to and represents project owners, contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals in large, complex construction projects. Ms. Davis advises clients at all stages of the construction process, from the initial stages through the evaluation, prosecution, or defense of contractor claims to mediation, arbitration, or litigation after the project. She also has extensive experience with mechanics’ liens or other encumbrances. Additionally, Ms. Davis chairs the firm’s recruiting committee.
