Kristin Giles joined Hawley Troxell in 2022 and currently serves as the firm’s Human Resources Manager. She oversees HR operations across multiple offices, including talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management. With over a decade of leadership experience, Kristin is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and aligning HR initiatives with firm goals.
