Corporate Transparency Act Update – Nationwide Preliminary Injunction Reinstated
The court ordered preliminary injunction that halted enforcement of the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) nationwide has been reinstated.
ReadKendra Hernandez is a paralegal in the Hawley Troxell’s Boise office and provides support to the Litigation practice group. With over 14 years serving in the legal community, she provides support through all phases of litigation, including document management and data organization for complex cases and drafting pleadings and discovery. In addition, she obtains relevant information and documents by performing legal and non-legal research to assist attorneys in establishing position and formation of strategy. Kendra is also experienced in assisting in trial perparation and assisting during trial.
Outside of the office, Kendra enjoys exploring the outdoors, recreational sports, and spending time with family and friends.
