Biography

John‘s practice emphasizes civil litigation involving construction contract and defect claims, personal injury, agricultural tort and contract claims, construction defect, product defect, employment and professional liability. John is the sole panel counsel in Idaho for the Officers and Directors Liability group of a major carrier in Idaho. He has represented Dow Agro Science, General Motors, DuPont, and insurers like Farmer’s Insurance, Cincinnati Insurance Company, and Idaho Farm Bureau. Mr. Bailey was one of the trial counsel for Idaho’s longest jury trial which lasted nearly six months regarding claims of chemical contamination. He is admitted to practice before the Federal Courts of the State of Idaho and before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
