Biography

Chelsea Porter is a partner in the firm’s Public Finance and Local Government law practice group. She serves as bond counsel, issuer’s counsel and disclosure counsel in various public finance transactions. She also aids clients with ongoing compliance issues throughout the life of their bonds.

In addition, Chelsea assists in the representation of lenders and borrowers in the documentation and due diligence necessary for commercial lending transactions.
