Biography
Landon Brown is an attorney in the firm’s Business and Real Estate practice groups. His practice focuses on a variety of business and transactional matters, such as drafting purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, entity formation documents, and governance documents. Landon is also well-versed in planning and zoning, land use, and development matters, bringing nearly a decade of legal experience with him to the firm.

- Represented a development corporation in easement litigation; successfully negotiated an easement that allowed the client to proceed with development
- Defense litigation counsel for Idaho municipalities; defended against employment, tort, and civil rights claims; argued and advocated for clients at hearings in state and federal courts, including arguing before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and obtaining favorable results.
- Defense litigation counsel for a California-based semiconductor company; served as representation in a breach of lease lawsuit; corresponded regularly with Associate Vice President and Deputy General Counsel to discuss litigation strategy, corporate impact, and potential resolutions; negotiated a settlement that delivered a positive outcome for the client.
- Represented state licensing boards in prosecuting administrative licensing violations; reviewed investigations and met with Boards to advise on disciplinary recommendations; negotiated settlements and prosecuted licensees in administrative hearing procedures
