Biography

Jason Melville concentrates his practice on trust and estate planning, probate, tax, and business law. He has significant experience with estate planning, wealth preservation, business succession planning, probate administration, estate tax planning, trust administration, business formation and transactions and is rated as an “AV Preeminent” attorney by Martindale Hubbell and as a “Tier 1 High Net Worth” estate planning attorney by Chambers & Partners.

Jason received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law where he served on the Texas Tech Law Review. He received his masters degree in tax law (LL.M. degree) from the University of Washington School of Law.

Outside of the office Jason enjoys spending time with his family, backpacking, and vintage cars.
