Hawley Troxell Adds Nine New Attorneys to the Firm

Hawley Troxell is pleased to announce attorneys Devin Bray, Anthony Greene, Seth Jaksha, Skylar Schossberger, Tifani Silveria, and Catherine Yenne have joined the Boise office; Ryan Spencer has joined the Idaho Falls office; and Taylor Crowther and Liam McKeegan have joined the Spokane office.

Boise Office

Devin G. Bray is an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Creditor Rights & Bankruptcy practice groups. He graduated with High Honors from the University of Montana’s Alexander Blewett III School of Law in 2023. During law school, Devin was a Student Law Clerk to the Honorable Judge Benjamin P. Hursh of the United States Bankruptcy Court District of Montana.

Anthony C. Greene is an associate in the firm’s Litigation practice group. He earned his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2023. During law school, Anthony was Associate Editor (2021-2022) and Articles Editor (2022-2023) for the Gonzaga Journal of International Law. He also took first place in the 2021 Linden Cup Oral Appellate Advocacy Competition.

Seth M. Jaksha is an associate in the firm’s Transactional, Banking, and Tax practice groups. He earned his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law with a concentration in Tax in 2023. During law school, he volunteered with Wills for the Underserved, was Treasurer of the Student Bar Association, along with client counseling with the Moot Court Board of Competitions.

Skylar W. Schossberger is an associate in the firm’s Transactional and Intellectual Property practice groups. She earned her J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2023. She was the Idaho State Bar 2022 Intellectual Property Law Scholarship recipient and received the CALI Award for Internet Law. During law school, Skylar was a judicial extern at the U.S. District Court, District of Idaho with the Honorable Debora K. Grasham and the Honorable Candy W. Dale. She also co-authored an article published by the International In-House Counsel Legal Journal about artificial intelligence.

Tifani M. Silveria is an associate with the firm’s Litigation and Employment & Labor practice groups. She earned her J.D. from Regent University School of Law in 2020. Following law school, Tifani was a judicial staff attorney for District Mitchell W. Brown in the Sixth Judicial District of Idaho, associate attorney with Hopkins Roden Crockett Hansen & Hoopes in Idaho Falls, and Term Law Clerk for United States Magistrate Judge Debora K. Grasham, United States District Court, District of Idaho.

Catherine Yenne is an associate in the Transactional and Immigration practice groups. She earned her J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2022. Catherine was awarded a CALI Award (Immigration Law & Policy; Immigration Clinic) in 2022. She was also awarded the ITLA Best Student Brief; Best Oral Advocate. She was Editor-in-Chief of Idaho Law Review from 2021-2022. Following graduation, she clerked for the Honorable John R. Stegner in the Idaho Supreme Court. Catherine was a Summer Associate at Hawley Troxell in 2021.

Idaho Falls Office

Ryan J. Spencer is an associate in the Litigation, Healthcare, and Insurance practice groups. He earned his J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2023. He was a law clerk during law school, gaining litigation experience drafting court documents, conducting research, preparing legal arguments, and assisting with trial strategy. Ryan also gained significant legal administrative experience working as a Legal Assistant while attending BYU-Idaho as an undergraduate, where he earned his B.S. in Special Education with an emphasis in severe disabilities.

Spokane Office

Taylor M. Crowther is an associate in the Transactional and Business practice groups. He earned his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2023. While attending law school, he was awarded a CALI Award and was active in the University’s Low Income Tax Clinic and the Business Invovation Center. He graduated with his M.S. Tax from the University of Denver in 2017, a B.B.A. in Accounting magna cum laude and a B.B.A. in Finance magna cum laude in 2016 from Adams State University. Taylor was also a Summer Associate at Witherspoon Kelley in 2021.

Liam F. McKeegan is an associate in the Litigation and Insurance practice groups. He earned his J.D. summa cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2023. Prior to graduation, he interned with the City of Spokane Valley, City Attorney’s Office and the Kootenai County Prosecutor’s Office. While attending law school, Liam was awarded multiple CALI Awards and was a member of the Gonzaga Law Review. He served an externship with the Honorable Judge Raymond F. Clary, Spokane County Superior Court.
