Hawley Troxell is pleased to announce attorneys Chelsea Porter and Andrea Rosholt have been elected as equity partners in the firm, effective February 1, 2022.

Chelsea Porter is a member of the firm’s Public Finance and Local Government Law practice group. She serves as bond counsel, issuer’s counsel, and disclosure counsel in various public finance transactions. She also aids clients with ongoing compliance issues throughout the life of their bonds.
In addition, Chelsea assists in the representation of lenders and borrowers in the documentation and due diligence necessary for commercial lending transactions.
Chelsea was honored as Idaho Business Review’s Leaders in Law, Associate in 2018 and as Idaho Business Review’s Accomplished Under 40 in 2021. She is a 2022 graduate of Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce Leadership Boise, a member of the Idaho Women Lawyers and Boise Young Professionals, and is a volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children (CASA) attorney.
Chelsea received her J.D. magna cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2014 and her B.A. cum laude in Communication from Regis University.
Andrea Rosholt is an Idaho native whose multi-faceted practice focuses on litigation and business law matters. In addition to experience in both the public and private sectors, Andrea holds a Master of Law (L.L.M.) in Taxation. She draws on her experience, including her undergraduate background focused on industrial-organizational psychology and communication with the goal of improving business efficiencies.
When she is not litigating commercial matters, Andrea’s practice focuses on state and local as well as federal tax and ERISA issues facing companies and their executives.
Andrea was honored as Idaho Business Review’s Leaders in Law, Up and Coming in 2016, Women’s and Children’s Alliance Tribute to Women in Industry (TWIN) in 2019, and Best Lawyers in America, Litigation-ERISA, Litigation-Insurance in 2022. She is a member of the Garden City Chamber’s Board of Directors, as well as a sponsor to the French Bulldog Rescue Network. She is a member of the Idaho Women Lawyers, Idaho Bankers Association, and Idaho Association of Defense Counsel.
Andrea received her J.D. from Gonzaga University of Law in 2009, her L.L.M. Taxation from the University of Washington in 2011, and her B.S. from the University of Idaho in 2006.
