Boise, ID – February 11, 2019. Hawley Troxell is pleased to announce attorney Tracy Wright has been elected as equity partner in the Firm, effective January 1, 2019.
“The transition to equity partner status is a vote of confidence that Tracy possesses the skills as a legal practitioner and is valued by the firm’s partners and clients,” said Nick Miller, Hawley Troxell’s Managing Partner.
Tracy has a general litigation practice, with an emphasis on commercial and business litigation, construction litigation, professional liability, personal injury, and product liability litigation.
Following his graduation from Auburn University, Tracy worked as a teacher in South Korea, and then moved to Moscow, Idaho where he founded the Red Door restaurant before being admitted to the University of Idaho College of Law. While in law school, Tracy continued to operate the restaurant, while also serving as a teaching assistant in the Legal Research and Writing Department. He also was Spring Edition Editor of the Idaho Law Review.
Tracy has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts. He also has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution. As a result of his time in the restaurant business, Tracy has strong ties to the restaurant and hospitality industry clients. Tracy also has consulted with members of the wine industry.
Tracy received his J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law, and his B.A. from Auburn University.
