Kevin is an experienced transactional attorney and former litigator, practicing primarily in the area of business law, real estate, and estate planning. Kevin’s experience ranges from working with closely held businesses to corporations and partnerships for large multi-layered companies.
Kevin represents clients in all facets of transactional law including entity formations, drafting and negotiating contracts, real estate leases, shareholder and partnership agreements, bylaws, operating agreements, buy-sell agreements, and other related internal corporate agreements, formulating key-man incentive plans and agreements, “phantom stock” agreements, stock vesting agreements, stock or entity installment sales agreements, stock option plans, loan and financing agreements, creditor and subordination agreements (secured and unsecured), software licensing agreements, master agent/services agreements, physician and other professional service provider agreements, and other related business contracts and legal documents.
In addition to law, Kevin is an experienced software developer, and enjoys working with clients and developers in the technology field.
Kevin brings his experience from his private practice since 2005 in California, and as Deputy Public Defender in Orange County, California for eight years. Kevin and his family recently moved to Boise, Idaho.
Kevin received his J.D. cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law and his B.A. from the University of Michigan.
