Hawley Troxell Expands its East Idaho Presence with the Addition of Bailey, Hahn & Jarman Law Firm

Boise, ID – July 2, 2018.  Hawley Troxell expands its east Idaho presence as they fold in the law firm of Bailey, Hahn & Jarman, effective July 1, 2018.  Hawley Troxell currently has offices in Pocatello, Idaho Falls, Coeur d’ Alene, and Reno in addition to its principal office in Boise.  Bailey, Hahn & Jarman, a three attorney firm, is led by its founding partners, John A. Bailey, Frederick J. Hahn, III and Carol “Tippi” Jarman.  John A. Bailey and Carol “Tippi” Jarman will join the Hawley Troxell Pocatello office at 412 West Center Street alongside Howard Burnett, David Gardner, Julian Gabiola, and Jetta Matthews.  Frederick J.”FJ” Hahn, III will join the Hawley Troxell Idaho Falls office at 2010 Jennie Lee Drive alongside Marvin M. Smith, Marvin K. Smith, Benjamin Ritchie, and Austin Strobel.

John A. Bailey is an experienced commercial litigation attorney in personal injury, construction, and agricultural law.  John is a fellow with the American College of Trial Attorneys, as well a member of the Defense Research Institute and the International Association of Defense Counsel.  John received his B.S. with honors in Political Science from Idaho State University and his J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law.  He has been licensed to practice law in the State of Idaho since 1980, and has been admitted to practice before the Federal Courts of the State of Idaho and before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Frederick J. “F.J.”  Hahn, III is an experienced commercial litigation attorney  in government contracts and construction.  F.J. is a fellow with the Litigation Counsel of America and a fellow with the Construction Lawyer’s Society of America.  He is active in the Idaho State Bar and is a member of the Idaho State Bar Association Pro Bono committee.  F.J.  received his B.A. in Foreign Language and Finance from the University of Idaho and his J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law.  He is licensed to practice law in the State of Idaho and the State of Wyoming.

Carol “Tippi” Jarman is an experienced litigation attorney, as well as an experienced trial attorney, having worked on a variety of personal injury/insurance defense cases, property damage/construction defect cases, civil rights cases, and contract disputes.  Tippi received her B.S. in Psychology with honors from Montana State University in Bozeman and her J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law. Tippi is licensed to practice law in the State of Idaho and the State of Washington.
