Attorneys Dane Bolinger, Adam Christenson, Jason Melville and Sarah Reed Named Partners

Boise, ID – January 1, 2018. Hawley Troxell is pleased to announce attorneys Dane Bolinger, Adam Christenson, Jason Melville, and Sarah Reed have been elected as equity partners in the firm effective January 1, 2018.

Dane Bolinger is a member of the litigation, insurance, and real estate groups. His practice involves defending companies of all sizes in a variety of litigation matters, including contract and lease disputes, state and federal warranty claims, state and federal unfair competition suits, accounting fraud claims, and trade secret misappropriation claims. He also has significant experience representing insurance carriers, real estate contractors, and developers.

Dane received his J.D. summa cum laude and salutatorian from The John Marshall Law School and his B.A. from Indiana University Bloomington. He is licensed to practice law in Idaho, Illinois, and Oregon.

Adam Christenson , a native of Boise, focuses his practice primarily on providing services to the firm’s clients in the areas of public finance and banking. Adam has significant experience working as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, bank counsel, and issuer’s counsel in municipal and other finance transactions. In addition, he represents a wide variety of lenders and borrowers in the documentation and due diligence necessary for securitized lending.

Adam received his J.D. from University of Colorado School of Law and his B.A. magna cum laude from University of California Los Angeles. Adam is licensed to practice law in Idaho.

Jason Melville practices in the areas of business, corporate tax, and estate planning. He has significant experience with estate planning, wealth preservation, business formation, corporate formalities, transactions, mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, probate, administration of trusts and estates, estate litigation, tax deferred exchanges, tax planning, and tax dispute resolution with the IRS and state tax commissions.

Jason received his J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law, his L.L.M. (Taxation) from University of Washington School of Law and his B.A. from Brigham Young University. Jason is licensed to practice law in Idaho.

Sarah Reed is a member in the banking and real estate groups. She represents a wide variety of lenders and borrowers in the documentation and due diligence necessary for securitized lending. Sarah has significant experience in real estate transactions and title management, including acquisitions, leases, restrictive covenants and easements, zoning and the resolution of property management issues.

Sarah received her J.D. cum laude from University of North Dakota School of Law and her B.A. summa cum laude from California State University Long Beach. She is licensed to practice law in Idaho and California.
