She provides leadership on firm finances, operations, growth, and strategic business initiatives. She joined the firm in 2001 after spending time in the health care and finance industries.

Susan is responsible for providing a sustainable and scalable business platform, with proper operational controls in place, to support the firm’s 100 plus attorneys and their clients in seven locations. She is a key player in the firm’s strategic growth initiatives and has actively participated in the firm’s combination with several other prominent law firms or groups of attorneys, large and small. On a day-to-day basis, she provides leadership and structure, including ensuring that exceptional people are in place, to allow the firm’s attorneys to focus on providing exceptional and cost-efficient legal services to the firm’s growing clientele. In her spare time, Susan represents and supports the firm’s sponsorship of many charitable and otherwise worthwhile community events and causes.
