Corporate Transparency Act Update – Nationwide Preliminary Injunction Lifted Again
The court ordered preliminary injunction that halted enforcement of the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) nationwide has been lifted again.
ReadDana Reid is the firm’s Southern Operations Manager. Dana supervises most of the non-legal staff for Hawley Troxell’s Boise, Idaho Falls, Pocatello, and Reno offices, including Legal Administrative Assistants, Word Processing, and Office Services. She is also responsible for overseeing southern facilities, records management, and general operations for the firm – including TI projects large and small. Dana has an active role in hiring, mentoring, and setting firm policies and procedures for business operations. She has been with the Firm since 1989 when she joined the team as a Legal Administrative Assistant.
