Biography

Carly Latimore-Sears is a Paralegal in Hawley Troxell’s Intellectual Property, Business, and Patent Law practice groups. She primarily provides support with registering, protecting, and enforcing the intellectual property rights of the firm’s clients.

Now in her 22nd year of working in the legal industry, Carly brings a wide breadth of knowledge to the firm and has significant experience in trusts, wills, probate, corporate, contracts, civil and criminal matters, employment, general litigation, and medical malpractice.
