Biography

Adam Christenson concentrates his practice in the areas of public finance and municipal law. He serves as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, underwriter’s counsel, bank counsel, and issuer’s counsel in a wide variety of tax-exempt and taxable public finance transactions. Adam has extensive experience in annual appropriation lease financings, including certificates of participation and lease revenue bonds, as well as in transactions involving general obligation bonds, sewer and water revenue bonds, tax and revenue anticipation notes and warrants, 63-20 (on behalf of) financings, community infrastructure districts, local improvement districts and assessment district bonds. In addition, he serves in a general counsel capacity to a variety of governmental entities throughout Idaho.
