Biography

Pam Miller is a paralegal in the Hawley Troxell Litigation practice group. Pam was born and raised in Eastern Idaho, graduating from Idaho State University with a degree in paralegal studies. Pam has been working in the legal field in Idaho and Wyoming since 2005 and has a diverse background in complex legal matters with both state and federal courts. She specializes in fact discovery preparation and review (including electronically stored information), deposition assistance, legal research, and drafting documents. Pam is also experienced with trial preparation, in-court assistance, and arbitration hearings as well as handling appellant matters before the Idaho Supreme Court and the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
