In addition to being Hawley Troxell’s Managing Partner, Mr. Miller maintains an active practice in corporate transactions, securities offerings, securities law, and municipal bond transactions. Mr. Miller works with large and small businesses and educational institutions.
Mr. Miller has been rated in America’s Best Lawyers for over 20 years and was the Idaho Corporate Lawyer of the Year for 2009 and 2013. Mr. Miller is a fellow of the American College of Bond Counsel.
