ReadMatthew Havili is an associate in Hawley Troxell’s Business and Corporate, and Mergers and Acquisitions practice groups. Matthew’s practice focuses on corporate and real estate transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, entity formation, and real estate development.
Matthew is licensed to practice law in Idaho and Nevada. Prior to joining Hawley Troxell, Matthew practiced at a well-known firm in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he represented clients in a wide array of transactional, estate planning, and litigation matters. Matthew is a graduate of the J. Reuben Clark Law School of Brigham Young University. During law school, he served as a senior editor and associate editor of the BYU Law Review.
