Taylor Barton, an Idaho native, is an associate in the firm’s Litigation practice group, focusing on employment matters. He has experience in counseling employers on a variety of topics dedicated to preventing litigation, including workplace discrimination, retaliation, implementation of internal policies, and other complex laws pertaining to ADA and Title VII.
While in law school, Taylor served as an editor on the Idaho Law Review, served as the Vice President of the Student Bar Association, and was a competitor in the Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition held in New York. Taylor has a passion for public speaking and has learned to capture an audience, having presented to several groups of employers on a variety of occasions covering issues impacting the workplace.
In his free time, Taylor enjoys spending time with his family and participating in all that Idaho has to offer including hiking, skiing, fishing, and camping. Taylor can also frequently be found giving his best effort on the golf course or playing guitar, sometimes even making guest appearances in his father’s band – Barton & Bollar.
