Adam Christenson, a native of Boise, focuses his practice primarily on providing services to the firm’s clients in the areas of finance and municipal law. Adam has significant experience working as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, underwriter’s counsel, bank counsel, and issuer’s counsel in municipal and other finance transactions. In addition, he serves as general counsel to a variety of governmental entities throughout the State.
