Biography

Having practiced law for over 49 years, Rick Goodson has represented sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants, brokers, and developers in connection with the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and development of residential, commercial, multi-family, and agricultural real property. During his career, Rick has also represented lenders and borrowers in commercial in-state and multi-state secured and unsecured lending transactions, foreclosures, workout arrangements, and quiet title actions. He also has represented clients in the acquisition and sale of their businesses and in franchise development opportunities.

Probate work has been part of Mr. Goodson’s practice since the early 1980s, including multi-state probate issues. His practice has also included the representation of sellers, buyers, lessors, and lessees in connection with the transfer of alcoholic beverage licenses in the state of Idaho.
